Rodizio, a popular Brazilian style of enjoying dinner amongst friends, is a unique dining experience. Rodizio Brazilian Style Barbecue offers a wide variety of different cuts of beef, lamb, pork and poultry, slowly roasted in a custom designed rotating mesquite charcoal grill that preserves all the natural juices and flavors.

Rodizio price includes our mesa de frios, our salad bar, where you will find an array of charcutterie, artisan cheese, South American salads and locally sourced vegetables as well as the traditional rice & Feijoada black bean accompaniments.

In addition to our Rodizio, we offer additional side dishes to complete the most unique and authentic Latin Cuisine experience.

The first step in creating your customized event catered by FUMAÇA Catering is to register as a FUMAÇA guest. Send the initial request to our Catering Event Coordinator, Sandra Pizarro. Once your information is received, Sandra will contact you by phone or if you prefer, by email, to obtain any additional information needed to proceed in putting together a customized package deal that will suit your specific needs. After we have a good understanding of what your event needs are, we will set up a meeting to finalize the details.
